After a long battle on the side quest on The Last Remnant, I decided to slow it down and play one of my all time favorite PC game of all time, Sims ^_^.
Sims have gotten a long way from what I used to play before. I used to enjoy playing The Sims years back but like any other girl, you tend to get busy in real life.
But this time I pick out Sim City to get busy with. And boy did I get busy >.<
So far I have 3 cities which I'm trying very hard to make it good on the financial side. I've been following the tutorials below while doing this but somehow, my thick head still haven't cracked the logic on how shall I make it like what they are doing. And I am beginning to think that these guys are monsters. -.-
San Carlos City
First city in the region- I'm tyring to make High tech industry love it so the High income residentials stay so the City will have wonderful sky scrapers.
- Still doing bad on the financial statement side as we are still doing break even
San Juan City
- My 2nd city with over 3,000 High residential people
San Agustin City
- 3rd City
- Still small, doing well on the financial side
I still don't get the hang on how to play with the demand, taxes and zones etc. so I'm still not getting the results that I want.
Just to share to everyone, the best video tutorials I found are the videos below. If I got more I shall repost it and of course share it with everyone. ~.^

I never tried Sim City since I dont have the patience to play it. Though it's quite interesting to look at.
